Here are answers to some of the frequently asked questions
To create aPikmi account you require a valid email address and phone number. You’ll also need to verify your email and agree to terms and conditions and our privacy notice.
Fill in your first and last name, phone number and email address. Once you complete this part of the signup process, you will receive an OTP to verify your phone number. You will also receive an email to confirm your account registration.

You’ll need to download the Pikmi driver app to receive trip requests from riders. When your sign up is complete, you’ll drive your own vehicle to meet riders at their pickup locations and drive them to their destinations around the city.
Your Driver app also keeps track of your trip fares. Pikmi facilitatespayment of your earnings to your bank account.
- In cities where Pikmi operates, you can use the app to request a ride. When a nearby driver accepts your request, the app displays an estimated time of arrival for the driver heading to your pickup location. The app notifies you when the driverarrives.
The app also provides information about the driver with whom you will ride, including driver’s image name, vehicle type, and license plate number. This information helps the two of you connect at your pickup location.
Use the app to enter your preferred destination anytime before or during the ride. When you arrive at your destination, your trip ends. Your fare is automatically calculated and charged. You can pay cash or through the payment method you’ve linked to your Pikmi account.
Immediately after a trip ends, the app will ask you to rate your driver from 1 to 5 Stars. Drivers are also asked to rate riders. Pikmi’s feedback system is designed to foster a community ofaccountability for everyone.
- Once you download Pikmi, you can place an order by simply clicking “Marketplace” on the Home screen << Restaurant << Click on any restaurant of your choice << Select from their menu items and click ‘Add to Cart’ for food. Choose your delivery address and swipe to confirm.
For Pharmacy, simply visit the Pharmacy section and follow the same steps to complete order.
For dispatch/delivery services, visit the Custom order section, type what you need us to get done, you can add a picture of the item(s) << choose pick up address and then delivery address << then swipe to confirm.
For grocery shopping, visit the Local market section, select all the items you need << add to cart << Choose your delivery address and swipe to confirm.
- You can download and install the Pikmi rider app on devices with iOS 6 and newer versions. Open the App Store on your mobile device, then follow the steps below.
- Tap “Search” in the menu bar at the bottom, then type “Pikmi” in the search bar

- Next to the Pikmi icon, tap “Get.” You may be required to enter your Apple ID or password.
- When the download is complete, “Get” will change to “Open.” Tap “Open” to open the app.

- If you are unable to sign up for a new account because your number is already registered, It’s possible you’ve already registered for a Pikmi account. We recommend that users have only one Pikmi account across all Pikmi platforms.
If the CVV number or billing zip code for your credit or debit card is entered incorrectly, try removing the payment method, then add it again, making sure all info is correct.
If you continue to receive messages about payment errors, contact your financial institution to verify that your payment account is active and verified.
- To view fares for your recent trips:
Tap your earnings at the menu of the main screen of the Driver app.
2. Select “Today’s earnings” and then “See earnings activity.”
3. Tap the day of the week to view earnings activity for that day.
After you complete a trip, it may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your app.

If the delivery address on your order is incorrect, contact your delivery person directly to let them know. Your delivery person will deliver the order to the correct address.
How to change a delivery address
- As soon as your order is assigned to a delivery person, your delivery person will contact you.
- While speaking with the delivery person, be sure to give them clear instructions.
- Keep your phone close by and with the sound on to avoid delivery delays.
If your order was canceled and you need help, please go back to the home screen of the app, tap Menu, then History.
When the Delivery person arrives at the delivery address, they attempt to contact the customer. The app also notifies the customer of these attempted communications. The Delivery person also waits for a reasonable amount of time at the delivery address.
If the Delivery Person is unable to deliver the order, the app provides a notification of the attempted delivery that wasn’t completed successfully. All these contact attempts will appear in the app.
If a Delivery Person isn’t able to deliver your order in these circumstances, you are charged for the order.
