How to book a ride

Open the Pikmi app and enter your current location. Enter your destination address. View the estimated fare for your ride and confirm ride.
Step 2
Track Driver's Location
Once a driver accepts your ride request, their information and vehicle details pop. You can track the driver’s location on a map until they make their way to the pickup point. You can as well message or call the driver in-app.
Step 3
Pick up
Immediately the driver arrives, confirm that their name, photo and vehicle details match before you hop into the vehicle. Once you enter, driver starts the ride in the Pikmi app. You can monitor the progress of your trip on the map within the Pikmi app. It shows the route the driver is taking, and estimated time of arrival.
Step 4
Arrival
On arrival, the driver ends trip and you receive a receipt summarizing the trip details, including your fare.
Step 5
Payment and Review
You have the option of cash or card payment, afterwards rate the driver and leave a review. This will help us maintain an excellent service quality.
